Our salesman came to our home, assessed our needs and helped us select from the many options, the shower we wanted. The company sent two men to install it on a Friday since we have only one bathroom and they wanted us to have complete access to a shower over the weekend. It's usually a two day job. They arrived promptly and worked hard all day. We were able to position the shelves and grab bars where we wanted them. They did good clean up and were finished before 4:30. We now have a shower instead of a bath tub with a shower. We feel so safe with a grab bar right by the door and we no longer are at risk stepping over the tub to take a shower.
