Final review after test drive :)
Our shower has been completed and we are so please with the install. Beyond blown away by the work William has done. We had to wait for the glass install by no fault of the company. When the glass installers came they noticed an issue and were unable to complete the door install. They stated to us they would contact your company with the issue. We don't think an hour went by when our doorbell rang and it was William. We were floored that he was there, owned up to his minor oversite and promptly rectified the situation. William needs 10+ stars for his dedication to getting the job done correctly. Yes we are bragging about William...he deserves the recognition. Thank you Home Concepts from getting us out of our tiny capsule shower and in to our GLORIOUS HUGE new shower. Don't go anywhere as we/you/William have 3 more bathrooms to tackle. :) Bravo on a job well done!
Install still in progress, but...
I am so impressed with the work Will Z. has done. He is prompt, polite and he knows his stuff! He has a phenomenal work ethic! I can honestly say I am, so far, beyond 5 star happy with the work that has been done. Finally a shower my husband can fit in! You all have been so wonderful since the beginning. Thank you. Will be posting a final review once the job is completed and tested :)
Shower installation/spa removal
Very good service. Met their dates and went about the job very professionally. Kevin and Justin were helpful and polite and did a excellent installation job.
Shower remodel
In remodeling our shower, John the sales person, was very easy and pleasant to work with. Don the installer was absolutely terrific and very efficient. We remodeled our shower to accommodate a teak bench with safety handrails and it turned out beautiful. Krzysztof, the service tech, was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Kasey for your assistance and thank you Heidi for providing excellent customer service!
Walk in shower
My shower is beautiful. Everyone from the sales person Donna to the man who measured and designed along with Donald Holinon and his partner did quality workmanship. I have had other Workman come and look at the job and said it is a very nice job. They all had good suggestions to improve the job. Nice work ????
Bathroom remodel
The people we worked with were great. The gave us great service and ideas. Installers were especially helpful.
Safety first
Our salesman came to our home, assessed our needs and helped us select from the many options, the shower we wanted. The company sent two men to install it on a Friday since we have only one bathroom and they wanted us to have complete access to a shower over the weekend. It's usually a two day job. They arrived promptly and worked hard all day. We were able to position the shelves and grab bars where we wanted them. They did good clean up and were finished before 4:30. We now have a shower instead of a bath tub with a shower. We feel so safe with a grab bar right by the door and we no longer are at risk stepping over the tub to take a shower. Thats the best part for us. But the ease if keeping it sparkling clean is a bonus. And it comes with a lifetime warranty!
Awesome service
Very happy with the end result as well as customer service when something needed fixing after a few months.

William was dependable, punctual, and hard working. Our shower and tub were transformed into a linen closet and walk-in shower that is very functional and attractive.
