WOW! JUST Wow!

My new walk in shower only has about a 1" lip on the pan, in case we end up needing a wheelchair. It's so clean and beautiful now. Our remodeler's name is Keith. He is awesome! Our salesman was new and was somewhat uninformed as to certain aspects of the job. A lead person came out and they made everything to my specifications. I consider them even better because there was a mixup and they made it right asap. The sweet gal in the office is a gem, they need to keep her forever. We have shown our new shower to all of our neighbors and now they are considering re doing their shower/bath. I love the microban in the material. The window kit is beautiful. All the handicap

Tub and shower replacement

Kyle was our installer. We are very grateful for his expertise and advise. We had an update to our guest bathroom which turned out luxurious. The challenge was our primary bathroom, whereby we switched our tub/shower into a walk-in shower and our old crumbling walk-in shower into my dream bathtub oasis. The whole time Kyle was supportive and lead us through many choices we needed to make. This wouldn’t have even come about without our salesman IRAJ who was also so patient and courteous and really helped to make these decisions which can be difficult. All in all we have 3 beautiful new bath and shower areas to enjoy in our home. Thank you to Home Concepts

Shower Conversion

We went from a shower/soaking tub to a 2 sided Jack and Jill shower. The process was smooth, from consultation to installation. Communication was stellar and we were infomed customers through each step in the process. Multiple options were presented as things progressed and we are thoroughly satisfied.

Love my new guest bathroom!

I am very pleased with design, product, cost and installation of the tub to shower conversion. I would highly recommend and would contract with Home Concepts/Luxury Bath again for any future bathroom conversions. The timeline to install was also expedient and reasonable to get on the schedule for install. Iraj Bozorgmehr has a keen eye for design and assisted me in my shower selections. Customer service was excellent at calling me with status and returned my calls promptly. Kevin Cook was my installer and was meticulous in the removal and installation of the new shower. Kevin cleaned up everyday and at the completion he had me do a through inspection to ensure I was satisfied with the cleanup.
