Jim Andrew disclosed everything we needed to know about the aspects of replacing tub/shower with a new shower. He also explained all the financing options and answered ALL our questions. He was pleasant, patient, and enjoyable and knows all the services and products that the Company offers. Very impressed with his complete coverage of all need-to-know areas of these services.
